Lunenburg

The Lunenburg area is very nice.  We are enjoying a mix of relaxation and recreation since we arrived at Baywatch Cottage.  After Arriving Saturday night from a long drive we opted for dinner at a restaurant overlooking Lunenburg Harbor.  Sunday was a beautiful day and we rode our bikes to Blue Rocks (see above picture), relaxed and also went Kayaking in the afternoon. I (Brian) made dinner and we then fell asleep early.  Baywatch Cottage and Heckmans Island are treating us well, nice people, location and wildlife.  We just had a doe and two fawns right behind the house. (coy really wanted to get out)  This morning (Monday) was a bit rainy and overcast, we went to The Ovens, a park with sea caves, and crashing waves.  We strolled Lunenburg and browsed the many art galleries.  We plan to kayak early tomorrow morning and then perhaps venture out with the truck in the afternoon. I have been adding chronological pics along the left side so be sure to scroll down and check them out.

We are very excited each time we see something new(pictures and notes. I can see that Coy is certainly making himself at home in the cottage! It is funny that you mentioned the deer in the back of the cottage; Dad saw two deer drinking water from the pond on Saturday. Sounds and looks like you both are haveing lots of fun. That lobster sure looks great!

We all had a good laugh when we saw Coy. Hannah and Justin wanted to know if we could take Apollo to the beach. They also were wondering if Coy took the picture of the two of you. You both look wonderful. Continue to enjoy. Love ya's

Haha so i posted a comment to this blog on one of the others accidently...whoops! Anyway, still looks like a blast, i can't believe you drove that beast of a truck up there!! I was kind of wondering about the pic of the two of you....who took it?! a random wanderer in the rockbeds? j/k. Glad you're having more and more fun it seems as time goes on. Hello Jen and Brian,

I never knew what an outdoor lady you were Jen! We were so excited to see and read about your trip. You are experiencing such sites and fresh seafood. The lobster looked great. Hope the rest of your trip is as wonderful as the beginning. Thanks for sharing.
